I hereby apply for membership of the BBA for the current year and also to enter the trial series. I agree to abide by the decisions of the organizers and judges.

Furthermore, in consideration of your acceptance of my application, I hereby release the BBA, its sponsors and any officials connected with any event, from liability for injuries or damages whatsoever arising from my participation or presence at this or any other trial and championships hosted by the BBA during the course of this year.

This release is inclusive of photographs and I further agree to co-operate with sponsors in the promotion of their products during any event.

Remember that if you enter more than one age group, you have to indicate the one you will be riding at SA Champs as your primary and this needs to be in line with your age on the 1^st of January 2012
